Associated British Ports owns and operates the Port of Hull. The port is well connected to the motorway network and handles more than 1 million passengers and about 10 million tonnes of cargo a year.

The principal ferry terminal is situated in King George Dock and is operated by P&O North Sea Ferries. Facilities in the terminal are fairly limited, with just a convenience store and a small coffee shop.


Disabled passengers are catered for in the ferry terminal and onboard the ferries. You will find easy access toilets, telephones and other services. Extra assistance for boarding can be requested when booking (Tel: 01482 377177)

Hull is located in East Yorkshire and is a cosmopolitan city with a beautiful harbour, excellent museums, great pubs and good shopping facilities. The surrounding area offers numerous interesting attractions.

Ferry Services


P&O North Sea Ferries offers daily services to Rotterdam/Europort in the Netherlands, with a journey time of approximately 10 to 11 hours. There are also daily crossings to Zeebrugge in Belgium.

Duration of this journey is about 14 hours. Cargo and car transportation is offered on both journeys. Finnlines Ferries operates weekly sailings to Helsinki and Hamina in Finland.
